Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven **Delivery Manager** to take a leadership role in designing and delivering Wealth Management solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

You will play a key part in leading teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement Wealth Management solutions leveraging Java, REACT JS, and MS Azure
- Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and technical possibilities
- Support Agile Scrum teams with the planning and execution of technical solutions for new product capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs and objectives
- Work closely with Technical Architects to ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture strategy
- Lead with broad technical leadership to influence significant changes and direction outside the immediate team
- Partner with project managers and team members to establish realistic timelines for solution delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously refine technical skills and approaches
- Offer training and guidance to colleagues to strengthen team capabilities
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineers to design CI/CD pipelines and deploy solutions on MS Azure

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant role
- Expertise in Java, Spring, REACTJS, and Cloud Native Azure solutions
- Competency in developing with SOAP and REST web services via API-driven approaches
- Capability to work independently while also thriving within collaborative teams
- Understanding of Wealth Management processes and technologies as a strong advantage
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication to simplify and explain complex technical matters
- Showcase of delivering innovative, impactful solutions within technological environments

**Nice to have**
- Background in Wealth Management with a focus on solution delivery
- Familiarity with additional cloud service platforms beyond Azure
- Understanding of advanced DevOps frameworks and methodologies for CI/CD integration
