We are looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager to join our organization.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring project success and fostering effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. You will have the chance to work on challenging initiatives and help drive organizational progress and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and resolve delivery challenges for large-scale initiatives featuring integrated digital solutions
  • Guide the launch, planning, and management of complex projects and programs
  • Oversee release activities to uphold high standards for solutions produced by EPAM teams
  • Choose and apply suitable delivery frameworks for project execution
  • Develop technology strategies to address client needs
  • Monitor and improve individual and team performance based on delivery, business metrics, skill growth, and technical expertise
  • Set up governance structures for projects and programs that fit client requirements
  • Advance your technical knowledge and support key technology decisions
  • Serve as a delivery and technology advisor for EPAM clients, connecting their vision with EPAM's capabilities and ensuring smooth execution
  • Champion engineering excellence to encourage ongoing improvements in quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent advanced certification and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in delivery management or similar positions
  • Minimum 2 years in roles such as leader, manager, owner, architect, or coordinator
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team of five or more people
  • Participation in at least two full-cycle projects or several projects covering different development stages
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complete software solutions in distributed environments
  • Solid background and recent hands-on involvement in software delivery management and architectural design
  • Experience working with intricate digital systems and components
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including VP level and above
  • Advanced skills in project or program management within technical environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of how to plan, allocate resources, and deliver large-scale technical projects
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with modernization or re-platforming of large-scale systems
  • Insight into digital transformation and the complexities of legacy system upgrades
  • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design principles
  • Experience developing solutions from inception
  • Familiarity with cloud-ready architectures on GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Background in building microservice-based systems
  • Understanding of data-intensive solutions and integration architecture
