IT Operations Support

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería en Sistemas terminada
- Inglés conversacional avanzado (entrevista en inglés)
- Experiência en: Atención al cliente y con metodologías SCRUM y Waterfall.
Main Activities
- Support monitoring the daily progress on different accounts
- Assists operation managers with specific administrative tasks
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Help build a productive environment
- Reports status of assigned projects, prepares and presents reports and or Progress communication on different projects
- Help on budget reports
- Create new personal requisitions based on client's needs
- Follow up on hiring process
- Accrual reviews
- Coordinate meetings with different clients
- Helping coordinating all the open possitions on different accounts
- Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for support services.
- Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues.
- Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
Trabajo Hibrido, algunos días en oficina y otros en home office.

Lunes a Viernes de 9am a 6pm.

Ofrecemos:

- 100% nómina.
- Sueldo base de $20,000 a $25,000 libres al mes de acuerdo con experiência.
