Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, Campus South.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Planner Scheduler will be in charge of production control, demand planning and inventory control.

What a typical day looks like:

- May support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling.
- Production control
- Develop commodity spend profiles/breaks-downs: lead time profiling, inventory positioning, and site execution to price.
- Provide detailed bill of materials analysis by site.
- Perform general reporting and analysis activities for score carding of suppliers.
- Validate site pricing through implementation of a common cost review and pricing process.
- Assist in the supply chain transfer and risk management for NPI.
- Provide PPV targeting, tracking and asset velocity.
- Manage CTB and Shortage reports
- Design, manage and control all data analysis tools

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor of Administration or related field.
- Intermediate English
- Experience in managing inventory metrics (work orders, cycle counts, demand planning, inventory balancing, supply days)
- Intermediate Excel.
- Leadership and proactivity
- Focused on results.
- Experience in multidisciplinary boards
- Knowledge in CTB & work orders
- Planning knowledge
- ERP (Baan, SAP, Oracle)
- Work under pressure, priorities.
- Organized
- Proactive, positive.
