Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, South Campus.Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, Planner Scheduler role involves s supporting materials and production functions. Ensure the Supply of materials for the fulfillment of the Production plan from the opening of Work Orders.What a typical day looks like:- Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.- Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.- Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.- Open to work on the production line.- Product Shipment and closure of WO.- Follow-up of WIP.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Intermediate English.- Previous experience in materials area.- Experience with MS Office.- Reception, Analysis, Load and Management of customer demand.- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB utilization.- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues- Work closely with CFT and Customer in daily basis.- Report key metrics as required.- Manage CTB and Shortage reports.- Review metrics to identify risk.- Work with purchasing team on options to close GAPS.- Analyze ECO to identify impacts.- Attend CTB meeting to update reports to end Customer and Top management.- Experience in purchasing, planning, control and supply chain areas in electronic manufacturing industry is also a plus.- Strong knowledge in materials metrics is also a plus.- MRP previous experience is also a plus.- Direct customer experience & strong communication skills are also a plus.- People management is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AD80Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
