Posición**:Accounting Analyst**

Ubicación: Remoto, México.

Esquema: 100% presencial con Home Office solo en cierre de mes.

Tipo de contrato: Indeterminado

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7 am a 4 pm.

Idioma: Inglés avanzado conversacional requerido (C1, C2, nativo)

Escolaridad: Finance, accounting, administration

Experiência mínima: 2 años

**Purpose of the position**
- Provide financial and administrative support in accounting to the organization.
- Support Countries with more complexity or large volume of transactions.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Accurately review, code, and perform data entry associated with vendor invoices
- Perform banks reconciliations
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Execute activities associated with the month end close process according to schedule
- Accounting reports
- Prepare corporate consolidation
- Maintain fixed asset
- Update processes documentation
- Support request audit from countries and external
- Process journal entries
- Perform internal transactions audit
- Process information in electronic systems
- Record of employee’s social security contribution
- Perform account reconciliation
- Assure SLA Accomplishment
