In Global Finance we aspire to be the best Finance function in our industry, and exponentially better at everything we do. As FROA (Finance Reporting and Operational Accounting.) team we are responsible for maintaining a variety of Finance Systems with in multiple Business Units with in HSBC Finance World. The team provides production support, maintenance, security administration, batch processing and problem resolution for a variety of systems. Outside of production support, the team is also engaged in value-added projects, upgrades and system testing.**Main activities**- PeopleSoft Integrity Monitor Execution and Validation in order to complain with SOX Controls.- Reference Data Maintenance for exist or new accounting combination, Cost Center (departments), Accounting Templates for Manual (end user entries) or Automatic Interfaces (Systems).- End User role and security assignation for PSGL System (Business Unit, Accounting Templates, General Ledger Groups, etc).- End User role assign for Enquiry information into the (H01 Visor Application).- Setup New Workflows for approve Accounting Entries.- Execution of table population processes (IPAB quota, External Audit Reports).- Outbound Execution (at end user request)- Maintenance for Combo Rules Catalogs.- Update the Foreign Exchange rate (only in contingency cases).- WF Folio reconciliation with the PSGL Reference data operation.- End user Support for Accounting balances and PSGL Operation.- GRCA Mapping update for Group Reporting.Requirements**Requirements**:- Experience with the Accounting System Operation and end user support.- Accounting and Financial Experience.- English fluent- Manage of queries in SQL.- Analysis Capacity.- Proactive- Work under High pressure.- Experience with PeopleSoft General Ledger systems.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Mexico) Private LTD
