**Your Job**
We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist at our office in Guadalajara to join our Procurement team at Koch Global Services

**Our Team**

This key position will contribute to the purchasing process, efficient PO tracking, supplier onboarding support, management initiatives support, and procurement stakeholder support.

**What You Will Do
- Be partner understanding of customer requirements (Validate purchase requisitions, request for and review quotes.
- Executing procurement process
- Placement of Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up of PO's (material delivery, PO closing, etc.)
- PO disputes resolution.
- Create partnership with suppliers (checking PO is delivered on time to the supplier, receive acknowledge from them follow up of lead times, etc.)
- Support to management initiatives.
- Ensure processes align to Procurement strategy.
- Follow strategy and policies set by Procurement.
- Executes less planned purchases or spot buys.
- Sourcing and negotiating of Hardware/Software & Technology related Purchases and Renewals.
- Transactional Excellence for all purchases; including but not limited to Catalog/non-catalog Hardware & Software Goods and Services
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure purchased goods and services meet the organization's needs and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International business or similar.
- Previous experience in procurement - minimum 1 years.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply process
- Teamwork
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office suite
- Fluent English

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Knowledge of COUPA system
- **IT procurement experience or system engineer bachelor degree.**:

- Portuguese language
