**Your Job**
**We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor at our office in Guadalajara to join our Procurement team at Koch Shared Services. This key position will contribute to the purchasing process coordination, guiding the procurement specialist team seeking their development and empowerment, supporting the plants projects supplying resources.**

- Making sure the customer experience is very good.
- Be partner understanding of customer requirements.
- Anticipate future needs for the team.
- Develop close relations with suppliers and internal customers.
- Making sure they and their team are following and achieving the leaders' guidelines.
- Actively participate in setting the Sourcing strategy and policies.
- Ensure that the team is following the strategy and policies.
- Accurate documentation

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International business or similar.
- Previous experience un procurement - minimum 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply process
- Teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- IT procurement experience or system engineer bachelor's degree.
- Portuguese language
