**Your Tasks**:
Purpose

The Catman executive covers the role of category advisor both internally and towards clients where we have captaincies. It is in charge of managing the categories in which we participate through proper planning of the point of sale, ideal assortment, better display of products on the shelf through the planogramming process and the use of graphic communication elements aligned and for the benefit of brand strategies to facilitate purchase and increase category growth.

Main Activities

Define the Category strategy by channel and brands.
Provide business advice to the client in order to minimize risks and communicate opportunities.
Advise the innovation strategy within the category.
Define the continuous strategy.
Communication with the Shopper and Marketing team for the development of ad hoc strategies for the development of the category.
Generate insights by client that allow the development of categories.
Detection and communication of areas of opportunity in the market to increase growth.
Responsible for generating the Assortment Management strategy, as well as the necessary accommodation recommendations for the increase in sales and SOM.

**Your Profile**:
University degree in administration, international trade, finance, marketing or similar Knowledge of programming software
1 - 2 years minimum Catman experience,
Basic experience with WM
Management of Microsoft Office
Domain of Excel, Access, Space Planning and Nielsen
Intermediate English
Analysis capacity
Teamwork
Focused on providing solutions
Proactive
