We are currently seeking a **Team Lead - Managed Document Review**

The Team Lead for Managed Document Review will oversee the daily operations of document review projects, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to timelines, and efficient management of the review team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the legal review process. The Team Lead will act as the primary point of contact between the review team and project management, ensuring that all client expectations are met or exceeded.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of document review attorneys, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex legal issues and review protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of document review projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client requirements.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity metrics, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
- Liaise with project managers and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks on the work product to ensure accuracy and consistency with project guidelines.
- Implement best practices for document review and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Address any issues or errors promptly and work to prevent future occurrences.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, project status, and any relevant issues to management and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of review procedures, decisions, and outcomes for reference and auditing purposes.

**_ Abilities:_**
- 7 years experience in document review.
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to adhere to processes and able to problem-solve creatively.
- Knowledge of legal document review tools.
