**Job Description Summary**
Comprador de Refacciones.
Responsable de la adquisición de refacciones, para el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas operativas en la producción.
La adquisición de las refacciones, mediante un proceso de análisis, selección de proveedores, generación de ahorros y manejo de commodity manager para categorías específicas.
**Descripción especifica**
Cotizar alcances de trabajo y requisiciones.
Generar órdenes de compra a proveedores.
Generación de ahorros.
Seguimiento al cumplimiento de proveedores.
**Descripción especifica**
- Responsable de emitir órdenes de compra de categorías asignadas para plantas GMC1 - GMC6, SMF, LCMF, GF, GDC.
- Cotizar alcances de trabajo o solicitudes de usuarios para bienes en el tiempo establecido.
- Responsable de soporte a usuarios sobre órdenes de compra y temas con proveedores.
- Atención a discrepancias.
- Seguimientos a cost recovery
- Atención a proveedores, así como evaluaciones a proveedor.
- Soporte a nuevos proyectos.
- Responsable de cumplimiento de target anual de ahorros (Price to price, iniciativas validades en el sistema Apex, negociación en cuanto a términos de pago).
- Reporte mensual de ahorros.
- Búsqueda de alternativas de proveedores para obtener mejores precios.
- Seguimiento a cumplimiento de proveedores de reglamentación fiscal y legal.
- Cumplimiento de KPIs establecidos en base anual.
- Proponer y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de innovación.
- Automatización de generación de órdenes de compra
- Asegurar con proveedores, la entrega de refacciones en tiempo y forma, conforme a su orden de compra
**Required Skills and Education**
3 años de experiência en el área de compras indirectas. De preferencia, pero no limitado, en el área de refacciones.
