Job Function: Software & Cloud The role: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join us as: **Hyperscalers Client Operations Specialist** **SoftwareOne** Scope: Full-time | S&C Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX city **How a day-to-day would look like in this role.** - Provide expert-level consultation on CSP services, including licensing, subscription management, billing, and Microsoft cloud solutions. - Find opportunities to streamline CSP processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer happiness. - Work closely with onboarding managers, account managers, and technical teams to ensure flawless service delivery and issue resolution. - Serve as the main point of contact for sophisticated CSP-related queries and provide resolutions promptly.
