**Customer Service Operations Specialist**:

- Mexico**

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of small household and commercial appliances, has an opening for a Customer Service Operations Specialist. This position will be located in our Mexico City, MX office and will be responsible for monitoring and tracking inventory levels, and replenishment and tracking orders to support company results.

**Duties of the position include**:

- Inventory allocation for purchase orders
- Tracking of 100% PO deliveries in HBB system
- Work meetings Replenishment Team to review indicators and corrective actions where appropriate.
- Review and maintenance Item portfolio to have what we need
- Follow up on rejections and reverse logistics
- Answer inquiries by working with other departments such as Distribution, Technical Support, Sales, Planning, and Finance to facilitate a resolution prior to communication with the customer.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3 years’ experience in Business Administration, Sales Operations or related.

Analytic & Interacting business skills

Strong interpersonal skills & customer support

Advanced PC related skills (Excel and Word proficiency required) 80%

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) 60%

**Customer Service Operations Specialist - México**

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., Diseñador, comercializador y distribuidor líder de electrodomésticos y electrodomésticos, tiene una vacante como Customer Service Operations Specialist. Esta posición estará ubicada en nuestra oficina de la Ciudad de México, MX. y será responsable de la supervisión y seguimiento de los níveles de inventario, así como de la reposición y el seguimiento de los pedidos para apoyar los resultados de la empresa.

**Las funciones del puesto incluyen**:

- Asignación de inventario para pedidos de compra
- Seguimiento del 100% de las entregas de pedidos en el sistema HBB
- Reuniones de trabajo con el equipo de planeación para revisión de indicadores y acciones correctivas en su caso de requerirse
- Revisión y seguimiento de rechazos y/o devoluciones
- Seguimiento a consultas recibidas y revisión con otros departamentos como Distribución, Soporte Técnico, Ventas, Planeación y Finanzas para facilitar una resolución antes de la comunicación con el cliente.

**El Candidato ideal para esta posición deberá tener**:
Licenciatura o experiência equivalente de 3 años en Administración de Empresas, Operaciones de Ventas, Servicio al cliente o afín.

Habilidades comerciales de negociación y análisis.

Conocimientos avanzados de informática (Excel y Word) 80%.

Bilingüe (español/inglés) 60%.
