The role of an IT and Facilities Coordinator involves managing and coordinating various aspects related to information technology (IT) and facilities within an organization for all the team in US & MX.

**Facilities Management applies both US and MX**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of office facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment. US & MX.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with external vendors when necessary. MX.
- Manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory, and reorder as needed. US & MX.
- Plan and execute office space layouts to optimize efficiency and accommodate growth. MX.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency response procedures.MX.

**IT Coordination**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. US & MX.
- Provide technical support to staff, addressing IT-related issues promptly. US & MX.
- Collaborate with IT vendors to ensure the procurement of necessary equipment and services. US & MX.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data. MX.
- Conduct regular backups of critical systems and develop disaster recovery plans. MX.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management and IT coordination.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
