**Role Overview**:
As a Collections Specialist at our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from managing collection calls to both internal and external customers, to performing bank reconciliations within our SAP system. If you're an Excel whiz who loves diving into data to create insightful financial analysis and reports, you're exactly the kind of talent we're looking for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct collection calls to both internal and external customers, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Perform bank reconciliations using our SAP system to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in sending out account statements as requested by our valued customers.
- Utilize your advanced MS Excel skills to create comprehensive databases, perform financial analysis, and generate reports from high volumes of data.
- Log and maintain system data using platforms like Salesforce and SAP.
- Provide internal administrative support through our ticket platform, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in collections roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of collection practices and principles.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, with experience in SAP being a plus.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, enabling you to efficiently manage data and conduct financial analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, essential for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
