**Experience Required**:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience with Web services and Ruby / Ruby and Rails or other major language and framework
- In-depth experience with OOP/ Object / Component oriented design and programming
- 3+ years experience strong understanding or experience with web technologies and web development using JavaScript, HTML, Flexbox, CSS and SASS.
- 3+ years experience building REST APIs using either Java, Python or node
- 3+ years experience deploying apps and services on either AWS, Azure or GCP
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with remote/distributed teams
- Good abstract and conceptual thinking abilities and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of various tools - SVN, Git, CVS, Gerrit, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Gradle, JIRA
**Nice to Haves**:
- Experience with Backbone and React or Node
- Experience with security, including encryption, key management, preventing cross-site scripting attacks
- AWS experience strongly preferred.
