- Experiência en la industria de administración de propiedad industrial.
- **Al menos 3 años de experiência en administración de propiedades con responsabilidad de supervisión.**:

- **Inglés avanzado.**:

- Perfil profesional: Arquitecto, Ingeniero o Licenciado en Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Orientado a los detalles, analítico.
- Habilidades software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.

- Administrar 15 edificios industriales ubicados en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
- Brindar un excelente servicio a los arrendatarios.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas de la compañía y asegurar el cumplimiento del reglamento de los inmuebles.
- Atraer nuevos arrendatarios.
- Administrar proveedores y suministros externos.
- Llevar a cabo inspecciones rutinarias de la propiedad para prevenir y/o identificar problemas y posibles contingencias.
- Gestionar permisos requeridos.
- Asegurar el funcionamiento óptimo de los sistemas de seguridad y protección de los edificios.
- Elaborar reportes requeridos por la Dirección General.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 al mes
