**Requisitos**:

- Titulación en Turismo, Administración de Empresas u área afín.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años.
- Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para trasladarse entre propiedades.
- Dominio del inglés.
- _**Experiência en OTAS: Booking, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Webready, Tokeet y Marriott.**_

Ofrecemos:

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atender al huésped (antes, durante y después de la reserva).
- Gestionar reservas (cobros, check-in, check-out, solicitud de información del huésped).
- Controlar inventarios y resolver problemas al recibir o entregar propiedades.
- Mantener la propiedad (supervisar y garantizar el estado, solicitar mejoras y dar seguimiento a los daños).
- Coordinar servicios de limpieza y lavandería.
- Llevar el registro de cuentas (caja chica y presupuestos semanales).
