We are currently seeking a Networking Specialist to join our team in Mexico.

Plans, designs, implements and maintains networked systems, including configurations, supporting / troubleshooting network problems and

coordinating with vendors for installation of such items as routers, bridges, concentrators, and switches. Conducts feasibility studies on strategic

and tactical plans, design of digital/analog networks, and evaluation of network services/technology for current and future network

development. Performs complex technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, systems integration for front-end processors,

multiplexes, LAN / WAN communications, network nodes, switches and various transmission systems.
- Individuals understand their own area and are able to perform all facets of their role.
- They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside the normal scope of work.
- Controls, tests, and analyzes the status and performance of all components of network facilities.
- Assists in analyzing and providing innovative solutions to network design projects.
- Evaluates, tests, recommends and implements specific network solutions.
- Addresses escalated network failures.
- Provides analysis, implementation, maintenance and support of a majority of enterprise-wide networking systems.
- Analyzes project needs/requirements and network systems and hardware.
- Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and client service levels.
- Performs network modeling and capacity planning.
- Controls, tests and analyzes the status and performance of all components of network facilities.
- Strong knowledge of network performance, network administration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong knowledge of network-related hardware and software (routers, switches, wireless, sdwan, etc).
- Strong understanding of security issues and implications to network solutions.
