**Responsibilities**: - Support the sales team to sell products to the existing base through portfolio analysis of existing insurance and investment holdings, needs analysis, and customer risk profile. - Disseminate information on industry, financial markets and competition products and analyze the same for a meaningful sales engagement. - Drawing up the training roadmap for the individual relationship manager and ensuring successful completion of training certification on regulatory and knowledge, attitude, skills and habits. - Ensuring the customer engagement by organizing meets and speaking about product offering to build awareness in those meets. - Joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate customers buy the right iproduct. - Build the knowledge level of Branch Managers. - Be the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for adherence to regulatory guidelines. - Be extremely vigilant for potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates and sales complaints. - Highlight potential financial, regulatory and credit risk to the franchise. **Qualifications**: - 2-5 yeas financial sales experience preferred **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience **Responsabilidades**: - Coordinar equipos de servicio para la atención de clientes internos en el servicio de Nómina Banamex. - Apoyar las iniciativas de crecimiento interno y externo comunicadas al equipo. - Difundir las comunicaciones. - Apoyar el aumento y la captación de oportunidades de servicio al cliente. - Aumentar las eficiencias de actividades operativas - Informar resultados de servicio y motivos de éxito. - Ser el enlace entre equipos de ventas, servicio, sucursales y áreas de negocio - Trabajar en coordinación con los ejecutivos de ventas y servicio para crear, impulsar y apoyar planes e iniciativas de servicio al cliente - Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones de servicio, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Banamex, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia. Habilidades - Liderazgo: Capacidad para dirigir equipos, ya sean pequeños o grandes. - Comunicación: Habilidad para comunicar ideas complejas de manera sencilla a miembros no técnicos del equipo. - Pensamiento Crítico: Capacidad para evaluar de manera efectiva las ventajas y desventajas de diferentes soluciones.
