**Brand Content Account Executive**

Responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Responsible for building strong customer relationship to achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short-, medium

  • and long-term business opportunities.

Define and thoroughly explain projects to team members. Distribute and assign the tasks to the personnel indicated to carry them out. Define the objectives pursued in each of the defined stages. Lead and supervise the fulfillment of the objectives. Ensure the coordinated action of the team. Manage and control the use of resources. Solve problems and implement the necessary changes.

**Accountabilities**

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, in accordance with divisional and brand strategy.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Understanding and conceptualizing the needs set out in the brand brief for the development of videos.
  • Project and team management: resolving incidents, and having direction so that there are no breakdowns in client relationships.
  • Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Provide quantitative results, commercial understanding and strategic insights.

Lead meetings and workshops with customers to define use cases and business cases and clearly define the customer project.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

**Education/requirements**

  • Bachelor Degree: Marketing, Communication, Design, Public Relations, Advertising, Web Design and UX/UI
  • +2 years of experience as Business Account Manager in food and beverage companies and advertising agencies
  • Project management
  • Advanced and fluent English
  • Creative and digital strategy development
  • Language of digital platform formats and digital marketing
  • Handling of IOS
  • Knowledge in post production and motion graphics
  • Knowledge in technological development
  • Management of senior stakeholders

**Non Technical Skills**

  • Leadership, organizational and planning skills and demonstrating attention to quality and productivity are a must

- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Effective management of multiple projects and tasks of varying complexity.
  • Resolution of any issues that arise during project execution.
  • Ability to work independently interacting in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

- Effective communication skills

  • Decision making.
  • Being good listener to understand and comply with the client's requests.
  • Vocation for service.
  • Proactivity to ask for feedback.
  • Ability to work in conjunction with different areas.
  • Resilience to be able to adapt to any significant source of stress.
