CSG's Customer Experience Team is currently hiring a Software Development Engineer Lead to develop leading edge client solutions. This team is committed to continuous improvement in how software is developed and it hires likeminded individuals that thrive in such an environment.
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer Senior who will:
- Utilize storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps for illustrating design concepts.
- Create unique graphic designs and develop UI mockups and prototypes to showcase site functionality and appearance.
- Identify and address UX issues throughout the development process.
- Engage in agile software development, encompassing design, development, and deployment.
- Oversee technical, functional, and visual aspects of ongoing software development.
- Offer guidance to architects in constructing optimized end-to-end systems for speed and scalability.
- Utilize Java, React, and JavaScript primarily in development tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, product owners, and test engineers to establish dependable APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- +2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer for mobile and web platforms, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Java, React, and JavaScript, with expertise in debugging and optimization
- Familiarity with Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
