**Description**:
This position is a key part of the marketing team of Centro Infantil de los Angeles. It serves as a bridge between the Board of Directors, the Executive Director of the school and several CILA volunteers who are experienced in raising awareness and funds for NGOs in San Miguel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain an easy-to-use database of donor data and contact information and most recent donations.
- Build relationships with donors by answering their questions or referring them to someone who can help them.
- Develop marketing materials and a plan for distribution across channels (digital, print
- and social media).
- Ensure materials promote brand consistency.
- Conduct market research for new approaches for fundraising.
- Help plan fundraising events
- Answer inquiries within 12 hours in conjunction with Board member in charge of marketing.
- Outreach to groups which could help CILA, whether donor, sponsors, providers, volunteers, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in data analysis, websites, videos, social media
- Previous work experience in marketing, advertising or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Reports to Executive Director.
- Coordinates with Board member responsible for marketing.
- Presentation skills.
- Complete tasks on time.

**Hours**:
8:30-3:30 or 9:00-4:00 Monday to Friday. After hours and weekend work may be required depending on the needs. Overtime hours will be compensated for with time off.

**Salary**: $ 12,000-18,000 pesos/month

**Benefits**:
Two meals included on school days when meals are served at Centro Infantil de los Angeles

Vacation Time: Two weeks for Christmas, one week for Semana

Santa and National holidays when the center is closed.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
