Caterpillar is seeking a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist to provide support for Indirect Procurement and its customers. In this role, you will perform critical Procurement support through best in class processes that are consistent, repeatable, and quickly able to be leveraged specific to Supplier Relationship Management

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Global scope for SRM support while collaborating with partners across Procurement, Suppliers, and the business unit customers
- Preparing, updating, and archiving relevant SRM documents tracking performance and relationship details
- Assisting with other projects as necessary, including reporting on relevant productivity and velocity metrics
- Identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive continuous improvement

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree - or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience
- Proficiency in English is required
- Category management history with demonstrated acumen in supplier relationship and performance management
- Understanding of industry standard metrics for manufacturing and non-manufacturing categories
- Professional certification in Purchasing and/or Inventory Management (e.g. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
- Strong organizational and project management skills and significant attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Highly professional with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, good judgment and accountability
- Skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

**Additional Details**:

- This is not a fully remote position
- This position requires less than 10% travel
