Our clients are doctors/psychologists in their personal practice/clinic in U.S.A. that are in need of a virtual assistant to help with the administrative tasks of working in reception.
**What do you need?**
- Experience working with clients answering in both english/spanish
- Previous experience in a medical scheduling role
- English: 90-100%
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate patient care for clients in the personal injury medical lien space
- Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance information, and medical history
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records using electronic systems or designated tools
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure completion of necessary medical documentation and authorization forms prior to appointments.
- Stay updated with medical terminology, procedures, and insurance guidelines relevant to the personal injury medical lien space
**Generalidades de la vacante**
- Compensation $15,000 net
- This is a contractor / freelance position
- Office near Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara
- Home Office 100% living in Guadalajara is not a requirement.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00pm
