**We are searching for the best talent for the Sr Medical Manager Immunology & Specialty Care - Medical Head to be in Mexico City, Mexico.**

**You will be responsible of**:

- Managing other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
- Direct activities for medical affairs and medical information teams.
- Communicate direction for the creation of materials and content used in scientific communications.
- Develop policies and procedures for external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities.
- Facilitate clinical studies and investigator-initiated research.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of professional information and technology through conferences and/or medical literature and acts as a resource for the team.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

**Qualifications**:

- Requires M.D. qualifications, as well as additional training and/or board certifications relevant to area of expertise.
- Solid background experience in Immunology is a plus and desired
- Proven experience as Sr Medical Manager in Pharm Industry is mandatory from 5-7 years.
- English Fluent
- Proven experience leading teams is mandatory
