**As Specialist Heath & Safety** **you will be responsible of**:

- Provide support to the medical service team and to the EH&S area with knowledge regarding health, safety, and environmental programs to be implemented and followed.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and programs in an area of specialty, including initiatives related to corrective or preventive actions, considering all employees who work from home and the office.
- Provide employee wellness programs and Employee Assistance Programs to aid in restoring the health and well-being of employees through early intervention, professional counseling, and referral.
- Manage and administer Work and Family initiatives in support of company objectives, improving the EH&S culture, and engaging with the company.
- Wellness and wellbeing knowledge, including legal requirements and competencies, to assure the employees participation in all the programs implemented.
- Create, implement, and follow up on programs for ergonomics, mental health, nutrition, and physical activity.

**Requirements for this opportunity**:

- English Full Professional Proficiency
- Bachelors, or associates degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience, backgrounds, and certifications or licenses in the areas of occupational health, counseling, environmental health, and safety.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards regarding environmental protection and occupational safety and health of personnel working within an organization (IMSS, STPS, SSA, PC, etc.)
- EH&S Documentation knowledge.
- Demonstrate legal compliance knowledge for local inspections to support EH&S regulatory agencies record keeping.
