Aspen Aerogels is a rapidly growing aerogel technology company founded in 2001 to capitalize on patented advances in aerogel manufacturing. Aspen has developed a proprietary aerogel material manufactured at scale and sold worldwide in the Electric Vehicle / Automotive, Construction, and Power Generation industries. **RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Prevención de incidentes a través de la reducción de peligros y riesgos durante recorridos de seguridad.
- Investigaciones y seguimiento a incidentes de seguridad. Juntas semanales para cierre de hallazgos.
- Elaboración de procedimientos de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Implementación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental y de Seguridad.
- Cumplimiento legal de EHS (Autorizaciones, estudios de seguridad e higiene, estudios de medio ambiente, determinación de equipo de protección personal).
- Identificación y análisis de riesgos; implementación de controles operacionales.
- Determinación de aspectos ambientales/seguridad significativos.
- Entrenamiento en EHS (Inducción, periódico EHS). Gestión efectiva de la Academia de Capacitación.
- Implementar programa de Seguridad: LOTO, JSA, reporte de Actos, actividades de alto riesgo.
- Preparación de Respuesta a Emergencias. Coordinar simulacros y entrenamientos.
- Formación y seguimiento de Comisión Mixta de Seguridad.
- Definición, seguimiento y cumplimiento de KPIs.
- Auditor Interno EHS y Calidad.
- Gestión de campañas de EHS. Visual Factory.
- Implementar y gestionar programa Zero Waste to Landfill. Reducción de Residuos Peligrosos.
- Control de residuos, manifiestos, bitácoras. Coordinar recolección de residuos diariamente.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Licenciatura / Ingeniería en Seguridad y Medio Ambiente o afín
- Experiência demostrable como responsable de EHS
- Implementación de SGA
- Auditor interno de SGA
- Actitud de servicio.
- Cumplimiento a las 5s.
- Contribuir con el cumplimiento de IATF, ISO 45001 y 14001.
- Seguir y cumplir con los Roles & Responsabilidades de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Identificar y reportar condiciones y actos inseguros.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mes
