"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business. **Currently we are looking for our next: HR Ops Governance Coordinator** **Which is the main objective of this role?** Ensure the correct functionality and rules configuration of the Connector EC to SAP, including new hires, changes and terminations and make sure that the payroll information is correct. **What will you be doing?** - Ensure the correct functionality and rules configuration of the Connector EC to SAP, including new hires, changes and terminations and make sure that the payroll information is correct. - Support implementation of Support packages in SAP with the test scenarios thay may affect the correct functionaly of the connector replications to SAP - It’s to contribute on the development; implementation and align of the new Operating HR Ops Model in LATAM. - Support the LATAM to payroll systems interfaces, to make sure that all changes performed in EC are sent correctly to the respective payroll systems. - Support in the implementation for the incidence portal (FORTIA) for the correct configuration of new countries, concepts, update of calendars and the configuration of new users. - Support in the implementation for MyABC (FORTIA) for the correct configuration of new countries, Headcounts, and the correct update for all the changes.
