We are searching for the best talent for **Warehouse Supervisor II **to be in **Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.**

**Purpose**

To provide direct supervision to Warehouse Coordinators and Associates, Materials Coordinators and Associates, Warehouse and/or Materials Clerk. Achieves elevated level of satisfaction through a highly efficient performance in Receiving, Storage, Handling, Dispatching, Shipping and Materials Flow, Materials Movement thru Supply Chain Processes assuring Quality of Goods. Accountable to provide coaching and people development.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensure appropriate Resources and Equipment to support all Warehouse's and Kitting Room's Personnel Activities.
- Responsible for developing and adhering to financial budget.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Will be responsible for the day today supervisory and administrative activities. Delegates and supervises work assignments to Warehouse and Kitting Room Personnel (Coordinators, Clerks and/or Associates) ensuring continuous and efficient workflow.
- Supervises process of material management of raw materials, warehousing, replenishment systems management, and finished goods. Supervise that all Shipping and Receiving activities and processes in plant are followed according to procedures. Work as a liaison between manufacturing, domestic and affiliate ship locations.
- Ability to supervise operations in one or more Warehouse Areas, in one or more Facilities, including the Kitting Rooms.
- Communicates with Supervisors, Vendors, and Staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns. Cultivate both internal/external relationships and partnerships.
- Resource Management and People Development within Department. Create an environment where leadership and talent development is top priority.

- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
- Develop, Implement and Compliance to Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures in Warehouse, Kitting Room, and Manufacturing Floor for the oversight team.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- Assure Warehouse and Kitting Rooms complies with all regulatory requirements for logistics processes. Develops and enforces procedures for the safe storage and movement of material in and out of the Warehouse and Kitting Rooms. Enforces all safety and environmental regulations.
- Provides support to ongoing initiatives related to safety and ergonomics programs. Support and promote the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support Internal and External Audits (Compliance, Quality System, EHS&S, etc.).
- Responsible for Quality and Compliance Management to include disposition of quality issues (NC, CAPA, observations, etc.). Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities.
- Supervise Materials and Warehouse Associates, Coordinators, and Clerks in the attainment of business goals in Compliance to Quality Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, Data Integrity, Materials Control Procedures, Housekeeping and Safety Policies.
