**The Opportunity**

The Sr. Motion Designer - Corporate Design plays a strategic role in supporting the Digital Transformation team, creating high-quality motion graphics and animations that enhance corporate communications, digital initiatives, and employee engagement.

This role focuses on bringing corporate storytelling to life through motion design, helping to simplify complex digital transformation concepts and drive adoption across the organization. The designer will develop dynamic visuals, animated presentations, explainer videos, and UI motion elements to support digital innovation efforts.

**Your Impact**

As **Senior Designer** your responsibilities would consist of:

- Support the Digital Transformation team in promoting adoption and engagement through compelling visual storytelling.
- Conceptualize and design interactive digital experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for corporate digital transformation initiatives.
- Create compelling visual narratives that enhance internal and external communications.
- Develop animated assets for executive presentations, internal campaigns, UI motion design, and training materials.
- Ensure consistency with corporate branding while pushing creative boundaries in motion design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into engaging motion-based content.
- Maintain proficiency in industry-leading motion tools and recommend new technologies

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in digital design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

**Experience**
- 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling, preferably within a corporate or agency setting with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual hierarchy, and user engagement through motion.
- Background in designing for multi-platform environments (social media, internal portals, presentations, UI motion, etc.).
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, strategists, and digital transformation teams.
- Strong video editing, animation, typography, and kinetic storytelling skills.
- Understanding of video compression, rendering, and optimization for digital platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in motion design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Afeter Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4 or Blender.
- Experience with UI motion design tools (Figma, Lottie, Principle) is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D animation, VFX, or AR/VR motion design is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
