Payroll Implementation Specialist

**The Job You Will Perform**:

- Ensures that all work is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures, while promoting safety.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of payroll processes for all employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Maintain compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and audit reporting.

**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in HR processes and payroll management.
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
