**Job Description**:
As a Contract Support Specialist you will:
- Directly support annual bookings of more than US$51M through efficient quote to PO operational workflows
- Execute processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines.
- Normally follows foundational procedures using tools on less-routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments
- Coordinate order processing issue-to-resolution processes to quickly address customer escalations and increase customer satisfaction
- Contribute to Root cause analysis for any deviation highlighted by the regional stakeholders, required documentation of the said deviations and responding to audit processes as & when required.
- Where applicable, ensure the quality and efficiency of GEC services
- Maintain global and regional standards and processes
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
- Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years’ service operations or customer service role in automation industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience & Knowledge of SAP CRM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
