The main objective of the financial analyst is to have reliable and timely information for the preparation of P&L reports and cost reduction projects. He/she interacts with operations departments to manage costs and identify improvement projects. He/she can quickly adapt to changes and is a key element in meeting and exceeding expectations of adherence to company budgets and growth plans.
- Review compliance with expense estimates.
- Weekly review and analysis of estimated expenses.
- Monthly preparation of P&L, quarterly and analysis of variance against budget.
- Cost review, comparison against estimate and variances.
- Revenue update.
- Margin report and DM rate review.
- Freight analysis.
- PPV & JCV analysis and projection.
- Cost reduction projects.
- Annual budget.
- Physical inventory coordination.
- Improvements to the financial process.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of cost management.
