**Financial Analyst****Position Summary**The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will play a key role in the company's financial planning and analysis activities, includingbudgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This position will provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision- making and improve financial performance. The Financial Analyst will work closely with various departments to gatherdata, analyze financial information, and prepare reports for senior management.**How You’ll Make a Difference**- Financial Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to understand the root causes of financial performanceagainst budget, forecast, and prior year.- Performance Measurement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to provideactionable insights and recommendations.- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, long-termfinancial plans, and periodic forecasts.- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capitalprojects, and business planning.- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support decision- making processes. Act as a financial advisor to various departments.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices infinancial planning, reporting, and analysis.- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management.**What You’ll Need to Help Us Win**- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish- Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or accounting- A curious and inquisitive mind.
