Firma líder global en servicios inmobiliarios busca **Site Manager** en **Monterrey, N.L.**

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Arquitectura y /o Ingeniería Civil.
- **Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado**

Experiência:
Cuando menos dos proyectos de vivienda vertical residencial (15 níveles mínimo). Entender las expectativas del cliente, alcance y programa para las tareas asignadas, verificación de milestones.
Responsable del flujo de la comunicación efectiva entre cliente y equipo operativo. Manejo de equipos de trabajo.
- 6 años en proyectos industriales (automotriz, pharma, logística, alimenticia,etc)
- Manejo y coordinación de varios proyectos simultáneamente.
- Buen manejo de equipos de trabajo
- Conocimiento de Lean Construction y/o PMI
- Conocimiento de metodologías de trabajo colaborativo BIM, IPD, LPS

Software:

- Auto CAD
- MS Project
- Paq. Office
- Opus o Neodata

Funciones principales:

- Coordinar administrativa
- Coordinar de proyecto ejecutivo
- Seguimiento al programa de obra y procuración
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de especificaciones y calidad
- Elaboración de planes de recuperación
- Identificación de posibles riesgos y plan de mitigación
- Reportes de avances y Reporte ejecutivo al cliente
