**Job Description Summary**: The On-Site Services Coordinator will support operational and administrative duties of the On-Site Services (OSS) business in LATAM. In this role you will provide support to the OSS Resource(s) and Services Manager(s) (SM) with coordination of personnel mobilizations, administrative requirements for immigration processes, site requirements and logistics. Working with other support functions you will resolve regional mobility challenges for our personnel across Latin American Countries and with GE Customers through immediate actions and short, medium and long-term planning.The On-Site Services Coordinator will support operational and administrative duties of the On-Site Services (OSS) business in LATAM. Working with other support functions you will resolve regional mobility challenges for our personnel across Latin American Countries and with GE Customers through immediate actions and short, medium and long-term planning.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Work remotely across multiple countries in Latin America supporting the OSS Resource and Services Manager(s)- Support fulfillment operations in OSS, prep and anticipate personnel documentation and site requirements prior to mobilization.- Support the OSS SM with pre-mobilization calls.- Work with other functions, such as Immigration, Medical, Logistics and Site team to get over regional mobility challenges with our personnel and tooling.- Support the SM with billing activities, local worked hours.- Back up LATAM Resource Manager to keep the operation running when he/she is out of office.Provide support to achieve a functional strategy for localization of resources.- Provide support with the tracking of OSS demand working together with the SM(s).- Provide support project setup in SAP Powermax system (ERP) for local operation.- Identify and support implementation of opportunities for improvement in the LATAM operations and delivery to our customers.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)- Fluent English language skills - oral and written- Customer Service oriented- Computer Skills and MS Office proficiency- Strong interpersonal/communication skills- Flexibility to occasionally work outside “regular” working hours as required in a Service support role.**Desired Characteristics**Experience working in Generation Power Services environment.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:NoLI-Remote - This is a remote position
