**Empresa Electronica busca la siguiente posición para cambiar residencia a Saltillo, Coahuila.**

**Project Manager**

R&D Project manager will have the responsibility of the planning, procurement and execution of projects assigned by the R&D head. The Project manager will be first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising on any project and will be the main communicator between Plant and R&D office.

**EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or similar discipline, MBA degree is a Plus.
- Able to relocate to Saltillo Coahuila.
- 7 years of experience in a Project Management position launching new products in the **Electronics Assembly Automotive Industry**:

- Basic Training: Project Management, APQP, PPAP's, Core Tools, ISO-9001, ISO/TS 16949.
- Basic AutoCAD/Inventor Skills.
- English proficient +90% is a must.
- Project management.
- Ability to communicate directly with outside and inside Customers.

**Main Duties**

1. Responsible to create, maintain and update New Products Introduction (NPI) procedures

2. Responsible for the flawless launching of projects thru PPAP, APQP or other project management tools, such as MS Project/Smartsheet to meet project committed dates.

3. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding quality, volume and cost.

4. Leads and coordinate project planning, resources, timing, risk management of the projects and keep the organization informed of the project status and escalating to upper management the potential roadblocks.

5. Coordinate products/processes transfers/launches up to the release to production

Specialized professional recognized as an expert in its discipline or coordinator of a team of professionals with full/partial management authority which will guide others in resolving complex issues.

Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Planning and execution of project revisions to present to top management.

Keeps records for the project that support the activities of the process.

Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resources additions.

Keeps effective communications with all the functions involved on the project execution.

Supports activities to quote new products as a result of the project for new business/processes.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $35,000.00 per month
