Team Overview:
We are looking for a Channel Manager to join our growing Ad Operations team. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital performance campaigns across key channels and who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns while identifying trends, surfacing insights, and ensuring flawless execution.

- Execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google App Campaigns and Search (Web)
- Meta
- TikTok Ads
- Programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Liftoff)
- Track and manage campaign pacing to ensure delivery within budget and timelines
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency
- Build and maintain weekly reports and dashboards using advanced Excel skills
- Implement and refresh ad creatives according to testing plans and content calendars
- Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and flag issues early with proposed solutions
- Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural team environment
- Bring innovation in our ad operation processes leveraging on the most recent AI and MarTech available
Role Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of experience managing performance media campaigns
- Solid hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Google UAC/Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic DSPs
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, data validation)
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Analytical mindset: able to derive meaningful insights from large datasets
- A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in English - this is a must
- Experience A/B testing frameworks
- Experience with incrementality testing frameworks is a plus
