**OBJETIVO**

Asegurar la operación, control y seguimiento local de la venta por telemarketing, realizando estrategias de marcación, control y distribución de datos por agente, cumplimiento de la meta diaria, semanal y mensual.

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**
- ** Análisis y Gestión de Datos**: Serás responsable de la higienización, normalización, carga y gestión de bases de datos, asegurando la calidad y disponibilidad de la información para el análisis.
- ** Generación de Reportes y Estrategias**: Realizarás análisis diarios y mensuales de resultados para emitir reportes clave y presentar hallazgos a los aliados. Tu trabajo contribuirá a la implementación de estrategias de mercado en conjunto con la vicepresidencia de canales.
- ** Soporte a la Toma de Decisiones**: Analizarás y proporcionarás información técnica crucial que facilitará la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas en la organización.
- ** Detección y Alerta de Anormalidades**: Generarás alertas proactivas ante cualquier anomalía en la gestión o indicio de uso indebido de las bases de datos.
- ** Colaboración Interdepartamental**: Interactuarás constantemente con diversas gerencias y vicepresidencias (Canales, General, Comercial, TI, Finanzas, Cobro) para asegurar una comunicación fluida y una comprensión integral de las necesidades del negocio.

**OFRECEMOS**
- Sueldo base de $25,000 brutos
- Horario de 8 a 17hrs de lunes a viernes
- Esquema Hibrido (3 días de oficina + 2 Home Office)
- Contrato por tiempo indefinido

- Tipo de bonificaciones y variables: se asigna bono semestral, bajo cumplimiento de KPI's
