**About this role**

**As a Process Analyst, you will** be a bridge between operational and strategic areas, ensuring workflows are standardized, documented, and updated. Yo will **lead operational transformation** in a global organization, with direct impact on efficiency, quality, and user experience. Visibility with leadership and autonomy to propose improvements.

**What you’ll do**
- ** Standardize workflows** across operational, technical, and administrative domains.
- ** Document and update** processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- ** Ensure alignment** with global processes and organizational standards.
- ** Facilitate clear communication** across teams and departments.
- ** Adapt processes** to organizational changes and evolving needs.
- ** Use tools** like ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to manage and improve processes.
- ** Collaborate in decision-making** with cross-functional teams.
- ** Promote a culture** of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- ** Lead operational transformation** initiatives with measurable impact.
- ** Engage with leadership** to propose and implement process improvements.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in**computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in **standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.**:

- Hands-on experience using** ServiceNow**for process management
- Knowledge of** ITSM methodologies.**:

- Proficiency utilizing** ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies**to support process optimization and service management.
