Position Summary: Customs Specialist is responsible to assure adherence to Customs Compliance regulations applicable to Harman Import/Export operations. Create or update actual written procedures to set a standard and administrative control according to Company policies. Functionality of this role will focus on specifics areas designed by the organization or immediate supervisors. He/She will be in charge of accountability of the process assigned and KPIS, which assure performance and improvement. **Responsibilities**: As a part of the responsibilities, will be the correct follow up of the Customs Clearance process for the company and specially give support to the other areas that the customs team gives support (must have "will do and can do attitude"), follow up the process of new national suppliers and continue with the especial operations management. Job Responsibilities: Provides related information to the concern departments. Elaborates the documentation and correct instruction required by the Mexican Customs in order to comply with the established procedures for the Special Operations. Gives support to the team with customs issues. Gives support to the special operations (must have knowledge with those operations V1, V5, F4, A3, R1) Moreover, other activities assigned by Customs Lead. Basic Qualifications: Integrity. Innovation. Inclusion. Teamwork & Respect. Excellence. Technical or International Business, Finance or Administration Degree. Communications Skills (oral and written). English, advance (reading and writing) 1-2 Years of experience (immex companies and special operations) Preferred Qualifications: Leadership. Change Orientation. Collaboration. Judgment. Result Driven. Judgement. Analytical. Problem solving skills. SAP system. Computer knowledge. Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to work in an office.
