We’re proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical developmentSite Specialist I- Mexico City (Insurgentes Sur) - Hybrid_ - 3 days office / 2 HomeWhat you will be doing- Collect, prepare, review, approve, process and track regulatory and site level critical documents required for study site activation in accordance with ICON SOPs/WPs, Sponsor SOPs, applicable country regulations/guidelines and the principles of ICH/GCP.- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and authorizations for study initiation.- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory submissions and approvals.- Supporting study teams in the development of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures.- Participating in study start-up meetings and providing input on regulatory requirements and timelines.Your profile- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.- Previous experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred, but not required.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Advanced English- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.LI-DG1LI-HibrydWhat ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
