- Deployment and implementation: Planning and executing the deployment and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including user training and change management activities.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support solution development and maintenance.
- Support and maintenance: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow solutions, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
