As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models and systems to solve real-world problems across different domains. You will use prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance of generative AI models, ensuring that they deliver accurate and contextually relevant results for our client’s needs.
In addition, you will adopt a consulting mindset, collaborating directly with customers to understand their business needs, advising them on the best AI strategies, and leading them through the execution of AI-driven solutions. You will become the bridge between technical capabilities and client business objectives, ensuring success through collaboration and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Consulting & Client Leadership**: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges, guiding them on AI solutions, and leading them through the decision-making and implementation process.
**Prompt Engineering**: Craft, optimize, and iterate on prompts for large language models and other generative AI tools to maximize accuracy and relevance in outputs.
**Model Development & Deployment**: Design, build, and train Generative AI models, such as text generation, image synthesis, and language models.
**AI System Integration**: Work closely with software developers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate generative models into existing platforms and workflows.
**Client Communication**: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language to ensure alignment between client goals and the implemented solutions.
**Fine-tuning Pretrained Models**: Adapt existing generative models to meet specific business use cases and client requirements.
**Research & Prototyping**: Prototype novel approaches using advanced prompt engineering and other AI techniques to solve industry-specific problems.
**Scalability & Performance Optimization**: Optimize models and algorithms for production environments, ensuring they meet client performance and scalability requirements.

**Required Skills**:
**Consulting Mindset**: Proven ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate AI-driven solutions. Experience in leading client interactions and projects is a must.
Expertise in prompt engineering, understanding how to structure and refine prompts for various generative models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E).
Proven experience with Generative AI models such as GPT, DALL-E, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, or other transformer-based architectures.
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Hands-on experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or multimodal AI systems.
Experience in handling large datasets, data augmentation, and pre-processing techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment and scalable architecture.
**Preferred Skills**:
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with AI ethics, bias detection, and fairness in generative models.
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
Experience in managing client expectations and delivering AI-driven business value.
