**The Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive content strategies that align with our target audience
- Support the Marketing strategies focused on event execution, aligned with the Latam Region objectives
- Identify opportunities for participation in relevant events in Mexico
- Plan and execute events, ranging from conferences to corporate events, ensuring all aspects, from logistics to communication, are aligned
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure event integration and success, including sales teams, vendors, and event agencies, among others
- Support in managing the Marketing annual budget
- Invoices control: responsible for managing and guaranteeing marketing payments
- Manage event budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of available resources
- Evaluate event performance through specific metrics, audience engagement, and make strategic adjustments as necessary
- Select and manage vendors: research and select vendors that meet the specific needs of each event. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that vendors deliver on their commitments
- Vendor Contracts management
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in Marketing and events, incorporating new ideas and approaches to continuously improve results

**Requirements**:

- Public Relations, Business Administration and Marketing
- English Intermediate level
- Spanish fluent or native
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to detail
- Availability for travel and flexible work hours as needed for events
