**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
The role will support the design and execution of new global legal entity (LE) reporting processes necessary for Pep’s compliance with regulatory requirements (Pillar Two Global Minimum Tax and ESG reporting) beginning 2024/25. The role will manage global master LE data and corresponding governance processes; it will collaborate and support global cross-functional users/generators of master LE data (Tax, Control, Treasury, Legal). The role with also support new cross-functional processes to operationalize Pillar Two, a new global tax regime.

**Your Impact**:
As Legal Entity Governance & Global Tax Ops Manager your scope would consist of
- Support the Tax Transformation Sr Director and VP in establishing and driving cross-functional LE project governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct discovery, informing design of the LE governance framework as it pertains to master data, with the goal of ensuring completeness and accuracy of automated LE reporting
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the centralized digital repository (Data Gather) for Pep’s global legal entity structure and corresponding master legal entity attributes. Support validation of data, maintain a working relationship with the external team that supports the platform, and design more effective ways for Pep to interact with the data.
- Support the integration of upstream workflow automation for legal entity changes into Data Gather (DG)
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate DG into existing processes
- Work closely with the Tax Transformation Sr Director to integrate DG data into new Pillar Two calculation engine
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the LE reporting op model and the role of master LE data in enabling transformation and automation
- Collaborate with the LE project governance team and op model Functional Sustain to support process design and execution for the efficient integration of master LE data into the op model
- Collaborate across Corporate functions (Control, Legal, Tax, Treasury, ESG) and Sectors to both optimize data collection processes and continue to enable data access for all appropriate users
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Pillar Two data requirements and roadmap to ingest data requirements into the Pillar Two calculation engine
- Support execution and iterative design of Pillar Two provisioning process, requiring stakeholder and data management

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- Accounting background, including a basic understanding of tax accounting, preferred but not required
- 5-7 years of experience
- Basic understanding of tax concepts, preferred but not required
- Very comfortable with digital environments and large data sets; strong Excel user; Alteryx skills preferable
- Keen understanding of the difference between legal entity and management reporting
- Competency in SOX controls and governance frameworks
- Fluent in English
- Organization Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder Management
