Are you a detail-driven Senior Accountant who loves structure, accuracy, and the optimization of financial workflows?
We’re supporting one of our international clients in finding a high-impact **Senior Accountant** with strong **Acumatica** expertise to join their growing team in Mexico.

**What You’ll Do**
- Act as the **Acumatica expert**, optimizing modules, workflows, and financial reporting tools.
- Support the preparation of **financial statements** aligned with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Generate accurate internal **financial reports** and dashboards.
- Execute **month-end processes**: reconciliations, journal entries, data validation, and documentation.
- Assist with **audit preparation**, compliance tasks, and tax-related activities.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records on revenues, expenses, payroll, and cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with senior accounting leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Stay current on accounting best practices to help strengthen internal controls and efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Expert proficiency in Acumatica ERP (required)**:

- **8+ years of progressive accounting experience**, including 3+ years at Senthe or/Controller level
- CPA certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of **GAAP, IFRS**, internal controls, and reporting processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfort working in a **fully English-speaking environment**:

- Ability to work effectively with U.S. teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-impact environment
- Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems, coding languages, or big data is a plus
- Ability to start **ASAP**
