**EXPERIENCE IN**:
- Planning and implementing processes from scratch.
- Troubleshooting quality and process issues in water cooling systems.
- Continuous process improvement: cost reduction, quality optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Equipment development and validation: definition of technical requirements, communication with suppliers, technical review, and commissioning.
- Process of welding, painting, gluing and automation.
- Knowledge in IATF 16949, CSR.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Mechatronics, electrical or similar engineering.
- +4 years of experience in automotive industry.
- Advanced conversational English.
**Experience**:
- Automotive industry.: 4 years (required)
**Language**:
- Advanced conversational English. (required)
